I'm ready! What's next?

Once you have submitted an inquiry through my contact form, I contact you by email or phone. We decide on a date and I send you a contract and branding questionnaire. Once I receive your signed contract, retainer and questionnaire, we schedule a zoom consultation to discuss your brand in depth, plan content and next steps. I require a 50% non-refundable retainer upon booking.

How early should I book?

I recommend booking your branding session with me 1-2 months ahead of when you hope to use your updated branding images. I typically take 3-4 weeks to edit your images and deliver them in a personalised online viewing gallery. Rush editing service available for a fee.

How do we pick a location?

The location depends on the type of work you do and how you would like it represented. I can recommend studio spaces, local suggestions and I am also available to travel to your space. Options are endless and we will finalise the location together in our planning consult.

How regularly should I update my branding photos?

It depends on your industry and branding needs. I aim to deliver varied content in your session to maximize your photoshoot. I typically recommend new content every 6 months to allow you to post updated and current content for your business but it is entirely specific to your needs. Let’s chat!
